Бінарний урок 

Theme: Sporty weekends. (Спортивні вихідні.) Веселі старти.

 Aims: - to revise and practice active vocabulary,

 - lexical and grammar units; (повторити та практикувати активну лексику, лексичні та граматичні одиниці)

 - to develop students’ speed, agility; (розвивати швидкість та спритність учнів) 

- to promote students’ physical and mental development; (сприяти фізичному та розумовому розвитку учнів.)

 - to educate the ability to work in teams, healthy way of life. (виховувати вміння працювати у команді, прагнення до здорового способу життя. )

Lesson procedure 

1. Preliminaries: 

1.1. Greeting: Вчитель фізкультури: - Рівняйсь! Струнко! 

Вчитель англійської мови: - Good morning, students! 

Учні: - Good morning, teachers and guests! 

1.2. The roll-call: Вчитель англійської мови:- Who is on duty today?

 Учень: - I am. 

Вчитель англійської мови: - Who is absent today?

 Учень: - All are present.

 1.3. The theme of the lesson. 

Вчитель англійської мови: - The theme of our lesson is “Sporty weekends”. It is unusual lesson because today we are going to combine two subjects English and PE.

 Вчитель фізкультури: - Наш урок незвичний та щоб вам було цікаво, проведемо гру-змагання. Уявімо, що ми з вами збираємося їхати на Олімпійські ігри. Звичайно, ви повинні бути готовими до змагання. Тому сьогодні ми будемо виконувати різноманітні естафети з фізичної культури та доповнимо їх вправами з англійської мови. За стародавньою традицією, що прийшла до нас із Греції всі спортсмени дають клятву перед змаганнями. 

Вчитель англійської мови: - Do you promise to play by the rules, to be honest, to be just? 

Учні: - I promise. 

2. Warming up 

Вчитель англійської мови: - Let’s start from warming up activities. Let’s exercise a little. 1. Turn your head to the left, to the right, backward and forward. 2. Shoulders up and down.

 Вчитель фізкультури: - 3. Махи руками (права рука вгору, ліва рука вниз. Ліва рука вгору, права рука вниз.)

Вчитель англійської мови: - 3. Hands on your hips. Bend your body to the left, to the right, backward and forward.

Вчитель фізкультури: - 4. Руки на пояс. Стрибки на правій нозі, стрибки на лівій нозі. 

Вчитель англійської мови: - 5. Jump on your both legs. Stop!

 3. The main body of the lesson.

 Вчитель англійської мови: - Now let us dived into two teams. 

 Вчитель фізкультури: - На перший, другий розрахуйсь! 

Учні: - the first, the second, the first, the second…. 

Вчитель англійської мови: - So, we have team 1 and team 2. You have one minute to choose your captains and name your team.

 3.1. Writing Завдання 1. «Естафета» (завдання на знання видів спорту і вміння їх правильно написати). 

Вчитель англійської мови: - You can see two tables. There is a piece of paper on each table. Your task is to run as quickly as possible, to write one kind of a sport and run back to your team and pass the pen. Your words should be written correctly and you should do the task as quickly as possible. The winner is the quickest team that has written all words correctly. Is the task clear? Let’s go! One, two, three. Start! Завдання 2. «Ведення м’яча» (завдання на складання слова з літер.) 

Вчитель фізкультури : - А тепер перевіримо ваше вміння вести м’яч, але не тільки. Добігаючи до столу, кожен учасник бере одну літеру і веде м’яча у зворотному напрямку. Завдання як найшвидше скласти і прочитати словосполучення. Очко здобуває команда, яка першою складе словосполучення (win a match, win a medal). Один, два, три. Почали!

 3.2. Grammar Завдання 3. “Біг змійкою” (завдання на складання речення зі слів) 

Вчитель англійської мови: - The first pupil runs to the table, takes a card with a word. Then runs to the team takes the second student and they run to the table. The second student takes a card with a word and they run to their team. They take the third student and run to the table. And so on. The team should collect 9 words and make up a sentence. Then they should make this sentence negative and interrogative. The quickest team scores the point. Two additional points score the team that has made up negative and interrogative sentences correctly. (He was the tallest basketball player in the team. She was the fastest runner on the running track.) 

Завдання 4. “Crazy frog” (неправильні дієслова) 

Вчитель фізкультури: - Стиснувши м’яч між ногами ви стрибаєте до столу з картками. На столі на аркуші паперу написане дієслова у теперішньому часі, навпроти ви повинні записати ці дієслова в минулому. Ви повинні зробити цю вправу як найшвидше та правильно об’єднати дієслова. Очко отримує команада, яка впоралася найшвидше, а за кожне правильно написане дієслово в минулому часі команда отримує додаткову очко. 3.3 Listening Завдання 5. “Listen and guess the sport”

 Вчитель англійської мови: - You should listen to the sentence and guess the sport. If one team doesn’t know the answer the other team may score a point and guess their riddle. 

1. A game where you throw a ball into the basket.

 2. A game that you play with a stick on the ice.

 3. A game that you play with a small ball on the table. 

4. A game where you hit a ball with your hands over a high net.

 5. Riding a bike. 

 6. Exercising in water. 

3.4. Speaking 

Завдання 6. «Завдання для капітанів» (завдання з Qr-code) 

Вчитель англійської мови: - This is a task for the captains. Scan qr-codes. Do the task. The quickest captain will score one point. The second part of the task is: the teams have to make up a sentence with three word combinations. For every correct sentence, a team scores one point.

 Додаткове завдання (додаткове очко): 

Вчитель фізкультури: - А тепер розшифруйте ребус та прочитайте офіційний лозунг Олімпійських ігор англійською мовою. (ребус) 

Додаткове завдання: Розгадування кросворду (якщо є час.)

 4. Evaluation and home task setting

 Вчитель англійської мови: - Good job is done! You worked great. You all get excellent marks. I wish you to be even Faster! Higher! Stronger than today. Your home task is to revise words and grammar and prepare for the test.

 Вчитель фізкультури: - За свою чудову роботу ви отримаєте відзнаки. До зустрічі на уроках фізкультури та англійської мови.

T: I am handing out sheets of paper, your task is to pack you schoolbag.

T: Now your task is to fish and name the colour of your fish, then to take a petal of the same colour and to make a flower.
